PV Online Report: Chittagong’s star hotel The Peninsula Chittagong has organized the first and grandest food festival of the year, Chinese New Year.  

Chairman of The Peninsula Chittagong Mahbub-ur Rahman Ruhel inaugurated the food festival as the chief guest on Sunday (January 22) evening.

In addition to important people from various levels of the city, Chinese citizens staying in Chittagong attended the inauguration ceremony.  

The week-long Chinese Food Festival will feature interesting and varied dishes from Roasted Duck and Lamb to Vegetable Dumplings, Tropical Foot Platter, Laba Congee.

Besides, the classic range of authentic Chinese soups are kept in the buffet menu. The buffet dinner menu of the Chinese Food Festival will be arranged in about 80 types of menus including traditional Chinese dishes.
