After winning the toss, Bangladesh chose to bat first and collected 261 runs off 49.3 overs.

To chase the target, Sri Lanka lost all wickets on 124 runs off 35.2 overs.

Mushfiqur Rahim became the highest scorer with 144 runs.

For Sri Lanka, Lasith Malinga took 4 wickets by 23 runs in 10 overs.

Opening batsman Tamim Iqbal was sidelined due to wrist injury and later came back batting, to assist the Tigers reach the massive 137-run victory.
