PV Desk : Law enforcers say three people, two in Jhenaidah and one in Mymensingh, have been killed in ‘shootouts’ during anti-drug raids across the country.
Law enforcers claim that all of the dead were involved in drug dealing and had been accused in drug-related cases.
The deaths of alleged drug dealers have been reported nearly every day since law enforcers began a crackdown on drugs in May, under orders from the prime minister. About 150 people have been killed in ‘shootouts’ since then.
