PV Desk : Three minor children drowned in a pond while playing sport in Ukhia upazila of Cox’s Bazar.
The accident took place, at 9:30 pm, at Chakbaita village under Ratnapalong Union Parishad of the Upazila on Monday (June 18).
The deceased were identified as Marwah, 9, and Safa, 7, daughter of Abdul Quader and Fahim, 8, son of Abu Siddik, who happens to be a brother of Abdul Quader, hailed from Chakbaita village under Ratnapalong Union Parishad.
Three of them were 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades students of Chakbaita Government Primary School.
