PV Online Report : In the last 24 hours, 1,613 samples were tested in Chittagong and 21 people were identified as corona. A total of 1 lakh 1 thousand 992 people were affected by this.
No one died during this time.
According to a report released by the Civil Surgeon’s Office on Saturday (October 9th), samples from Chittagong were tested in 10 labs on the day.
Of these, 745 samples were tested in Bangladesh Laboratory of Tropical and Infectious Diseases (BITID) Lab, 5 out of 9 samples out of 158 samples in Sivasu Lab, 1 out of 27 samples in Imperial Hospital Lab, 140 out of 140 samples in Maternal and Child Hospital Lab, 2 out of 140 samples. 1 out of 6 samples was tested in the hospital and 28 samples were tested in the Epic Health Care Lab and 3 corona positive were detected.
2 samples were tested in Cox’s Bazar Medical College Lab, 574 in Chevron Lab and 4 samples were tested in Lab Aid and all were found negative. Samples were not tested in CU Lab, Chamek Lab, RTRL Lab on that day. Antigen tests were not performed.
Among those affected by corona are 12 in the city and 9 in the upazila. So far, the total number of infected is 1 lakh 1 thousand 992 people. A total of 1,310 people have died.
